NEO Share
NEO Share allows you to wirelessly share text on your computer with your classroom suite of NEO 2 by taking advantage of NEO 2's wireless classroom connectivity, linking teacher and pupils with ease and simplicity.
Collaboration, communication, and critical-thinking skills needed in today's teaching are supported and enhanced with NEO Share.

How does NEO Share work?
- The teacher drags and drops a text file or Web page text into the Pickup Zone in NEO Share.
- Pupils download that content wirelessly into their NEO 2s.
- Pupils work on the assignment individually or in groups.
- When finished, they send their work wirelessly back to NEO Share.
- The assignments can then be shared, edited, re-drafted, combined, saved, or marked.
Wireless File Transfer with NEO 2
NEO 2 works with the documents setting within Google Docs, allowing students and teachers to access, store, edit, and share documents.

Students can easily send documents back and forth wirelessly between NEO 2 and the Google Docs Web site. They can also save their NEO 2 work and continue working on it from a different NEO 2 or any other Web-enabled computer. This encourages collaboration and increases writing practice.
With NEO 2's connection to Google Docs, you can:
- Easily create assignments. Teachers can create assignments, send them to students' NEO 2s, and provide feedback.
- Easily track writing progress. Both students and teachers can see each draft of an assignment.
- Facilitate peer editing. Students can use both NEO 2 and Google Docs to edit anytime, from anywhere and provide feedback on classmates' writing.
- Keep students focused on writing. Students can access the powerful Web application without being exposed to -productive Internet distractions.
- Secure files online. Students can use NEO 2s in the classroom, then save their documents to Google Docs to retrieve later - during a lesson, at home, anywhere!
2Know! Voting Software
2Know is our simple to use voting and assessment software designed to work with the NEO 2 from a teacher or presenter's computer and on an interactive whiteboard or projector.

The 2Know! Toolbar can sit over any software or application. Just ask questions and as your pupils enter answers into their NEO 2s or Classroom Responders, you will get instant feedback displayed in colourful charts and graphs.
2Know! software makes it easy to assess pupils' understanding instantly during a lesson without the need to import or create questions and answers. Designed for instant quizzes or surveys, 2Know! is the ideal support tool for assessment for learning in the classroom.
2Know! software offers the choice of Yes/No, True/False, Multiple Choice, Numeric and Pulse answers and short answer questions (NEO 2 only).
In addition any NEO 2 can be assigned as a 'Teacher Control' device, allowing the lesson to be run from anywhere in the classroom without the need to be tied down to a laptop or computer.
AccelTest and NEO 2
NEO 2 works with AccelTest allowing them to behave as part of an integrated classroom assessment solution.

Each NEO 2 comes with the Responder SmartApplet that in turn will communicate through the Renaissance Receiver with AccelTest. AccelTest is available for free with NEO 2 classroom solutions.
AccelTest is a very well supported resource that allows teachers to create bespoke quizzes and tests which make an ideal system to support Assessment for Learning (AfL).
AccelTest will work with any existing software package used by teachers on an interactive whiteboard but it provides even more. With AccelTest the teacher can create hardcopy sheets for students to work from. They can then record their responses on an individual NEO 2.
AccelTest comes with pre-loaded quizzes and is quick and easy to set up and operate with other questions using its test creation software. AccelTest will automatically mark responses and records results in a range of formats when required.
